Method 5. Using the Command Prompt or PowerShell

If you prefer to run a command to open the Windows Connection tool, please try this below:

1. Press Win + S to open the Search bar, then type cmd for Command Prompt or powershell for PowerShell, and hit the Run as administrator option.

2. Type the following command and press Enter. This command will open the Network Connections window.

control ncpa.cpl

 Type <code>control ncpa.cpl</code> and press Enter to go on.
