1. Remind me that the task will start in XX minutes

Wise Auto Shutdown supports reminding you 5 minutes before executing a task, and this time can be customized. Reminders before the task starts can effectively avoid the risk of yours works not being saved due to shutdown, restart, and other tasks. Therefore this option is recommended.

In the reminder window, you can cancel the task or delay it.

2. Password protect my task

Wise Auto Shutdown supports password protection of tasks to prevent other users from canceling or changing the task. That is to say, the task can only be canceled if the correct password is entered. Therefore, please remember the password you set. This is optional.

Activate password protection by checking the "Password protect my task" option in the lower left corner, then enter your password. You can click the eye icon to show the characters you are typing to make sure you are entering the password correctly.

When you try to cancel a password-protected task, you will be asked to enter the password.
